Nel linguaggio dei fiori l’orchidea significa un ringraziamento per la concessione d’amore. Da secoli è stato considerato un fiore afrodisiaco ed utilizzato, quindi, per la preparazione di pozioni d’amore o pozioni contro la sterilità. Pertanto un altro significato che nasconde l’orchidea è la sensualità ed il lusso.
