Il bagno alle rose è considerato un vero e proprio toccasana e andrebbe fatto se si è stressate ed anche per avere qualche giovamento sulla pelle: con il bagno alle rose si avrà una pelle più vellutata, una mente più rigenerata e coccole a 360°. Grazie al contenuto di tannini, la rosa svolge un’azione tonificante: la vitamina C stimola il collagene, mentre gli antiossidanti proteggono la pelle dall'invecchiamento. In particolar modo c’è la rosa mosqueta che ha un effetto cicatrizzante ed elasticizzante sui tessuti ed è ottima in caso di smagliature e rilassamento dei tessuti.  Da provare nei momenti di stress e per alleviare gli sbalzi di umore tipici della sindrome premestruale e della menopausa.

LA RICETTA FAI-DA-TE 
 Miscela 2 litri di latte fresco con 8 gocce di olio essenziale di rosa e versali nella vasca riempita d’acqua alle temperature che più gradisci .
 Aggiungi i petali di una rosa rossa  da un mazzo di rose e metterli in una tazza  fino ad riempirla. Utilizza rose organici, che sono disponibili presso i mercati o fiorai freschi, o prendere le rose dal proprio cespuglio per evitare pesticidi che possono irritare la pelle.
Lascia le rose sotto l'acqua corrente quando la vasca è a metà  piena in modo  che il flusso dell'acqua sia a disperderli e immergiti per 20 minuti. 
Asciugati e spruzza sulla cute un tonico a base di acqua di rose, oppure spalma una crema idratante con due gocce di essenza di questo fiore.

In un pentolino andiamo ora a far liquefare a bagnomaria una candela bianca e priva di coloranti.

 Tenere il fiore immerso nella cera per più tempo non produrrà un risultato migliore, piuttosto brucerà i petali. Evitare di effettuare seconde cerature sullo stesso fiore e quindi potrebbe produrre effetti estetici non sgradevoli. Se lo spessore della cera è troppo evidente, si rischia di perdere la naturalezza del fiore.
