Rose petal bath , Bagno alla rosa

09:30

Good morning dear 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 many of you on my profile instagram @giusyesposito7 (for those who do not follow me) are literally crazy for this photo

The rose bath is considered a real panacea and should be done if you are stressed and also to have some benefit on the skin: with rose bath you will have a velvety skin, a regenerated mind and 360 ° pampering. Thanks to the content of tannins, the rose carries a toning effect: Vitamin C stimulates collagen while antioxidants protect the skin from aging. In particular there is the rose hip which has a healing and smoothing effect on the tissues and is very good in case of stretch marks and tissue relaxation. Try it in times of stress and to relieve the typical mood swings of PMS and menopause.

RECIPE DO-IT-YOURSELF

Mix 2 liters of fresh milk with 8 drops of essential oil of rose and versal in the tub filled with water at temperatures more pleasing.
Add the petals of a red rose from a bouquet of roses and put them in a cup to fill it up. Use organic roses, which are available at the markets or fresh flower shops, or take the roses from your bush to avoid pesticides that can irritate the skin.
Leave the roses under running water when the tank is half full so that the water flow both to disperse and soak for 20 minutes.
Dried and sprayed onto the skin a tonic made from rosewater, or smear a moisturizer with two drops of essence of this flower.
